Superman: Legacy casting news continues, with Skyler Gisondo and Sara Sampaio joining James Gunn’s film.
As the old DCEU bows out with Aqua man and the Lost Kingdom’s woeful box office projections, news of the new DCU continues to filter through in small spoonfuls. Following a number of new casting reveals earlier this month, Superman: Legacy now has an official logline and filming window.
Thanks to details shared by Production List, we now know that James Gunn’s first DCU movie will kick off filming in March. While the site suggests that this will be the beginning of the month, Collider confirmed through their own sources that it will be closer to mid-month before Gunn gets behind the camera.
In addition to this, the movie’s official logline shares a very high level view of what the storyline of the film will focus on.
